Our Classes
Our dance classes at Royal High, Barnton are taught by professional qualified dance teachers who love to teach. With classes for P1 to P7 and S1 to S6 we’re sure there is a class your child will love.
Jazz / Urban / Musical Theatre
These exciting classes are a fantastic opportunity to learn multiple styles of dance.
Primary School Dance
We have classes for P1 & P2, P3 & P4, and P5 to P7 on Saturdays. We also have Acro and Contemporary classes for them.
Contemporary and Acrobatics
Contemporary is an ever changing dynamic form of dance. In the Acro classes the dancers work on stretching, strengthening and tumbling.

Formerly RHS Dance, the Aspire Dance Academy has been educating and training dancers in the Barnton area since 2000. Samm Baigrie was instrumental (alongside Mr Bacciarelli) in developing the dance programme in The Royal High, Edinburgh and continues to teach community classes. Come and try dance classes with Samm and her team and find your love of dance too!
